Anti-Stress Tip : Don’t Overcommit

As you can notice, there are a lot of things which are designed to make our lives easier. We now have cell phones in small sizes which have cameras, mp3 players, organizers, calendars, clocks, calculators, etc. We have PDAs. We have cars. We have Wifi internet.

We also want to be successful in life, be competitive, stay on the top always, and do everything that we can to gain profit. Multitasking for us is a way of life, we cram up for projects that we want to finish. We accept jobs that are way beyond the limits of our body that is why you take adrenal supplements, to boost up your energy but end up over-fatigue.

It’s easy to always say yes when we think that we can do something in a jiffy. For example: you are a writer and you are tasked to do 3 articles with 500 words a day.
