From where I come from, getting a prenuptial photograph shoot is just as essential as the wedding ceremony itself. Soon-to-be couples would exert so much effort flying to different locations to have their pictures used. Most are taken at the beach where the bride and the groom are dressed within their wedding attire whilst they run on the water, splashing and hitting the waves.

Honestly, doing something like this – I truly think that it is a great way to ruin the bride’s gown or the groom’s suit. Well, I imagine some people don’t really mind spending so much money on the mentioned event since you get to put on them only whenever you get married. In many cases, they get to put on their attire only once within their entire lifetime. That is of course unless they decide to get a divorce and remarry, then theyd have to do it all over again!

Complicated as it might sound, it’s truly as simple as going to the beach, having your pictures taken and go back to your house. But then again, some brides and grooms wouldn’t want their prenuptial photograph shoots to be as simple as that. They would want some thing extra special than just getting your pictures taken at the beach.

Some couple are quite crazy when it comes to their photo shoots. Some have their prenuptial photo shoot taken underwater whilst they go for a dive in their wedding gown and suit. It is truly good and funny idea, something to remember forever. Some would go mountain hiking. I once saw a couple go on a bungee jump for their newlywed photograph shoot. Of course, you could only imagine how the two of them looked like within their photos. Plunging at least 1000 feet within the air while you try to hold smile may be one the hardest things to do. Why don’t you give it a shot?

Most of the prenuptial photos I’ve seen were used combined with nature as their setting. Some have their photos used inside the church where they will be holding the wedding. Some playful couples prefer to have photograph shoot ala-impromptu. As in, they wouldn’t need to worry about dressing up simply because they would rather have their pictures taken on their natural state rather than some thing that they aren’t. It is tough to pose for the camera when you know that it will mark one of the most unique and special days in your lives. Most photographers who cater to this kind of photo shoot would still have to attend unique trainings and classes to learn the basics and more complex techniques on how to create the photograph shoot in a more effective way.

Nobody said it’s going to be easy. But for anyone who wants to create their wedding day a little more unique touch, the extra effort to pose for that camera might just be worth it for the portfolio in the long run.
