I have had some positive experiences using this form of guided meditation. I wanted to point out that it is important to remember that this is a "guided" meditation. It is induced by outside stimulus. Although it can be helpful, it cannot compare with unguided or "nature-guided" meditation.

One can induce alternative states in any number of ways using external stimulus including drugs. Learning to meditate freely and guided only by one's internal rhythms may require a little more patience, but the results far exceed guided meditation.

I have been mediating myself for over thirty years and offer insights and useful tips on my blog located here: How to Do Meditation - Learn, Sit, Meditate Deeply

You bring up some great points, Carlene. I work for a nonprofit that hosts an annual small business competition. Some of our winning organizations have hit sales paydirt with authentic (viral) video marketing that includes the CEO/President being "man/woman on the street" with customers and, more often than not, potential customers. I find this serves several purposes: boosting sales reach, obviously, but also helping to dispel the myth that business leaders are locked in their "ivory tower," counting their money -- a myth the craziness of Wall Street lately has helped perpetuate.

Say Goodbye To Uninviting Diet Food | Internet Online Marketing...

Boiled, tasteless and tasteless food is the trade mark of any weight loss plan. Unfortunately though, but losing weight does imply giving up on your favourite food. Pizzas, pastries, cakes, pastas, sandwiches, burgers...and all the foods that you enjoy...

I was very enchanted and interested in your article about Samsung and I did think myself they had a superior picture quality and will take these ideas and facts in this article to great consideration.

One question I have is, how come there are advertisements for Divorce/Separation lawyers and advisers in the midst of this great article? May I please have a valid and good explanation for this? Is someone getting divorced?

Regards,

Angela

Carpet cleaning is always a tricky thing to take care of. I always hire carpet cleaners to take care of my carpet cleaning instead of trying to do it myself. I am living in Naperville.
