I wanted to point out that it is important to remember that this is a "guided" meditation. It is induced by outside stimulus. Although it can be helpful, it cannot compare with unguided or "nature-guided" meditation. One can induce alternative states in any number of ways using external stimulus including drugs. Learning to meditate freely and guided only by one's internal rhythms may require a little more patience, but the results far exceed guided meditation. I find this serves several purposes: boosting sales reach, obviously, but also helping to dispel the myth that business leaders are locked in their "ivory tower," counting their money -- a myth the craziness of Wall Street lately has helped perpetuate.
