Sample Meal Plan for Use with the Homeopathic HCG Diet

Considering taking on the homeopathic HCG diet? The benefits are fabulous and extreme. Not only does the diet offer average weight loss results between 1 to 2 pounds per day, but successful dieters come away from the program with good habits that increase their chances of maintaining their new, healthier weight.
One new, healthier habit that dieters walk away from the diet with is the ability and the desire for healthy food items like raw fruits and vegetables. Americans are snackers. And \”snacks\” in the traditional American sense of the word is a horrible habit. Dieters on HCG find themselves quite capable of reaching for an apple instead of the box of Cheez Its.
Another healthy habit that homeopathic HCG dieters walk away from the diet using is the healthy cooking. Sticking to the protocol ensures that dieters prepare their meals at home. Breakfast: green tea and 2 large glasses of water with lemon

Snacks on the diet can be fruit (just don\’t add it to your meals and instead save it for snacks). Dieters can also have as much herbal tea as often as they want. And dieters should always reach for water (with lemon) any time they want to eat between meals. This will ensure two things: one, they will get plenty of water and two, they will have less problems when it comes to snacking. Consider the sample meal plans before you decide to do the diet.
