For little boys and girls, a birthday party would not be complete without party games. So here are a couple that are awesome for any age group.

Games For Pre Schoolers

When it comes to the tiniest of the group, you can in no way go wrong with musical chairs. It is simple and easy enough for little kids to understand but even adults can actually join in on the fun. All you have to do is arrange chairs in a circle. When counting, there should be one less chair than there are players. Basically, you dance around the chairs in sort of like a mambo line while the music is playing, but once it comes to a stop, you have to try to beat the others to a chair. Whoever is left standing is out of the game. Every round, remove one chair until there are only 2 people left fighting over the last chair. The final person sitting is the winner.

Balloon pop is second on the list. Basically, the name says it all. All there really is to it is to allow kids pop as many balloons as they can- you just need a wide space for you to release them in. To add a little bit of competitiveness as well as cooperation, you can divide the little ones into teams and give them an equal number of balloons to pop. First team to pop all balloons given to them will be considered the winner.

Games For 5-8 Year Old Kids

Newspaper dance is always a big hit. You pair the tiny tots up and give them a newspaper. Play some music and have the little ones dance around the paper. Then when the music fades, both have to fit their feet on the newspaper. Every turn, the newspaper is folded in half. Any pair that falls or if even just one player’s foot is touching the ground is out. The last pair standing is the winner.

Another game played by pairs is funny bone. Practically, you give the players a set of body parts that they have to connect. For example you start by saying that the finger is connected to the ear. So player A has to put one of his fingers on player B’s ears. What makes this difficult is that the players have to hold their positions unless the body part is used again. Whoever falls or can’t seem to connect a given set is out. The last pair left is the winner.

Games For 9-12 Year Olds

Scavenger hunt always guarantees a lot of fun. This is just the type of game that appeals to older ones , but if played in teams, the younger ones can join too. First you have to prepare clues and tasks that are all connected. You will also have to give each team a list of things that they have to collect along the way. First team to gather all things on the list is the winner.

The longest line is another definite win. This game, also carried out in teams, is basically about making the longest line- using bodies, clothes, shoelaces, or just about anything the players can find. You can even set the rues on what can be used in the game. There ought to be an allotted amount of time, let’s say about five minutes. The winning team is the one with the longest line at the end of the provided time. You will need a big space for this game though.

These games are the ones that never fail. Hopefully, these will be able to help you make your kiddos party a day full of fun and activities he will cherish forever.

Throwing a great party can be a lot of fun in itself and there are many ways to make one. Firstly, you need to consider the venue. The theme of the party and its venue, if any, is also something that you need to think about. Coming up with something unique will make for a memorable party that can be enjoyed by all of your guests.

The amount of planning required, even for the smaller corporate parties, is something that should not be underestimated.
