Include in your Cover Letter certain information about the company. Make sure to focus only on the positive information. Essentially, your resume should be compelling and encouraging. A poorly made resume will not give a good impression to the employer.

If you hand in a dull cover letter and resume, chances are you won’t be getting that job.
